We built AIDO because we lived with the problem.
Working on campus, our teams carried the weight of strategic planning — from budget proposals for reorganizations to gathering market intelligence that could guide recruitment priorities.

But the tools we had? Industry newsletters, missed or outdated webinars, scattered spreadsheets, a CRM we had to decode, and custom dashboards that never quite told the full story. Every market insight felt more anecdotal than actionable, and every decision required exhausting hours of digging, reconciling, and second-guessing.
When we stepped into the edtech world, we saw it wasn’t just us. Enrollment leaders everywhere were wrestling with the same grind: disconnected data, unclear market signals, and the constant pressure to decide what to do next — without enough clarity to feel confident.
